Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with al99

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and al99 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the al99 website located at al99.io, including all games, betting markets, features, promotions, and support services offered therein. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the al99 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at al99.io.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User to access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus credits held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play activity conducted using real-money or bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Verification" means the process by which al99 confirms the identity, age, and payment method ownership of a Player.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of this Agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on al99, clicking any acceptance checkbox presented during registration, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must not use the Platform and must not attempt to register an Account.

This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, or arrangements between you and al99 relating to your use of the Platform. al99 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 13. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the al99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. al99 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account or place any Wager.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of al99, its affiliates, or any third-party service provider directly involved in operating the Platform, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the Platform at the time of registration or login.

al99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including government-issued identification confirming age and identity, at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on al99. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, al99 will close all associated accounts, void any outstanding Wagers, and forfeit any Balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code to any third party. al99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

al99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

al99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. al99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of player funds. al99 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card, a screenshot of your mobile wallet transaction history, or a selfie photograph.

al99 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own processing charges, for which al99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically under 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. These are indicative timeframes only and al99 does not guarantee specific processing speeds.

al99 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending identity verification, or where the Player's Account is under active review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time al99 may offer Players bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, or other incentive programs (collectively "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.
• Validity periods — the window within which the Promotion must be claimed and any associated wagering requirements fulfilled.
• Game contribution rates — the percentage by which Wagers on specific game types contribute toward fulfilling wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute at a lower rate).
• Maximum bet restrictions — a cap on the stake permitted per Wager while Bonus Funds remain active.

al99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any Promotion at any time. Where a Promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's accrued progress toward wagering requirements will be respected within the validity period unless evidence of abuse is identified.

Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or used for Wager types excluded under the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering, staking imbalances, or multi-account coordination constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and potential account closure.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on al99 are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sports market as displayed on the Platform at the time of placement. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

al99 provides sports betting markets including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other international sporting events. Bet settlement is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, al99's decision, made in good faith after reasonable investigation, shall be final.

For live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, the rules of each game are governed by the relevant game provider's certified rules. In the case of a technical malfunction during a live game, the round will be declared void and all stakes returned. al99 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

al99 reserves the right to void any Wager placed after an event has commenced where it is determined that the bet was placed using information not available to the general market at the time of placement ("late betting") or where the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a manifest pricing error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the al99 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all outstanding Wagers, and forfeiture of any Balance:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers, access Platform data, or interact with any Platform feature.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information, age-misrepresentation, or fraudulent payment details during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of transactions through your payment provider without first contacting al99 support in good faith.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, including as their agent, nominee, or financial intermediary.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt the normal operation of the Platform or harm other Players.

al99 employs real-time risk management systems and reserves the right to investigate any Account it reasonably suspects of Prohibited Conduct. Investigations may involve reviewing transaction history, betting patterns, device and IP data, and communication records. Players are required to cooperate with any such investigation and failure to do so may itself result in account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the al99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data structures, trademarks, service marks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of al99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of al99.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

al99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and verification is used to operate your Account, process payments, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by al99's gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

al99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, al99 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their Account email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account via the support team.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the al99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. al99 operates as a platform committed to fair play, transparent policies, and good-faith resolution of Player disputes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedies.

al99 does not accept jurisdiction claims that seek to circumvent the dispute resolution process outlined above. Chargebacks filed with payment providers without first engaging al99's support process in good faith will be treated as a breach of this Agreement.
